Southwest Hospice Foundation - Improving Hospice & Palliative Care

WELCOME

The Southwest Hospice Foundation serves as a sustaining source of financial support to improve hospice and palliative medicine, education and research provisions for end-of-life care.

A not-for-profit public 501(c)(3) charity, the specific mission of the Foundation is to provide resources to advance the quality of care for terminally ill patients and their loved ones.

The Foundation's mission, in collaboration with Valor HospiceCare & PalliativeCare and the Valor Institute, includes:

Special care needs for support of hospice patients and their families;
Scholarships for individuals who desire growth in the field of hospice and palliative medicine;
Community outreach and hospice and palliative medicine research.

Further, the Foundation provides a meaningful way for patients' families, friends and other supporters of the hospice philosophy to honor their loved ones by contributing to the advancement of quality end-of-life care.
